Dear HSFS,

Thank you for this amazing scholarship opportunity. I'm still so excited and happy after just passing my private check ride a little more than a week ago. I plan on continuing my training at UAA after this senior year of high school. In the meantime I hope to continue learning as I prepare for my instrument rating and possibly my tailwheel endorsement as my family is considering partnering to buy a plane for me to rack up as many hours in as I can until college. After UAA my first dream job would be pursuing flying for Ryan Air. From there I will continue to discover where aviation will take me. Again, thank you for being my first step into the aviation world.
